Our systems and procedures are designed to place our customers at the heart of our business.
Our commitment to you
We will:
- Provide you with clear information about the products and services we offer, including any fees and charges.
- Explain the documents we provide you with and help you fully understand the features, benefits and risks associated with our products so you are able to make an informed decision.
- Ensure all documentation and any written communication with you is clear and straightforward; we will try not to use jargon and technical terms. We will be happy to discuss or clarify any matter.
- Encourage you to ask if there is something you do not understand.
- You can expect all of our staff to be fully trained for their roles and that they are dedicated to upholding our policy of treating our customers fairly.
- Ensure that if you have any reason to complain about any aspect of our service, that your complaint will be dealt with professionally, impartially and in accordance with the rules laid down by the Financial Services Authority (FSA).

Established in 1993, the Personal Assurance Charitable Trust (PACT) is a registered charity, focused on providing support to UK charities through financial donations. Since PACT was founded it has donated over £1.5 million to registered UK charities, providing significant support to Willen Hospice (Milton Keynes), Macmillan Nurses, St John’s Ambulance and MK Dons Ladies FC.
July 2011 sees the launch of ‘Personal Group Charity of the Year’. Voted for by employees, this year local charity, Willen Hospice, will benefit from year round fundraising and volunteering activity by Personal Group employees.
Planned fundraising activity for July 2011- July 2012 includes:
- Balloon release
- Cake bakes
- Fancy dress Fridays
- Volunteering at Hospice events
