We have a variety of communication and promotional tools available pre-launch, at launch and for the duration of your programme.  We will work with you to develop the communcations programme that suits you best. 

Options include:

Pre-Launch – management and employee representative briefings, specific programme training, teaser posters/emails, payslip inserts and intranet information

Launch – road shows, meetings with relevant personnel within your organisation to ensure smooth roll-out, face to face presentations, benefits website and bespoke benefit books

Ongoing – online monthly updates, a range of promotional posters, articles for inclusion in in-house publications, surveys and focus groups to help develop the benefits available. Information for HR teams including:- a tailored quarterly newsletter, regular updates on new benefits for you to consider adding to your programme and management information
