  • Employee helplines – a central point for advice on how to use the programme, the benefits available, how the benefits operate and help with benefit applications
  • HR support – responding to queries, updating on new benefits and providing full feedback from employee surveys, focus groups etc, periodic review meetings
  • Service quality checks – we seek feedback from you, managers across your business and employees on the value of the programme, the performance of our staff and any changes in benefits that employees would like to see.

Management Information

We provide periodic management information to you and you may also download some of the reports available.  We can provide information on participation in the programme including, web hits, total spend, search categories, service quality, issue resolution and suggestions for changes to the programme.
