Bunzl Launches New Benefits Programme With Personal Group

The 'My Bunzl Benefits' voluntary benefits programme launched 30th January 2012 to all UK employees.

Leading employee benefits provider, Personal Group, is delighted to be working with leading specialist distribution group, Bunzl, on a new voluntary benefits programme for their 3,000 UK employees. 

Ensuring there is something for everyone, the programme has multiple channels for accessing the discounts including phone, internet, text and reloadable cards. It allows employees to access thousands of discounts and cash-back offers on a wide range of goods and services from high street shopping and dining, to travel and entertainment, to meet the different needs and lifestyles of all staff.

 Bunzl’s new voluntary benefits programme includes:

  • An interactive benefits website with access to over 8,000 offers
  • Printed voluntary benefits book
  • Reloadable cards & SMS vouchers
  • Employee assistance helpline & childcare vouchers

Bunzl has used the launch of ‘My Bunzl Benefits’ to engage staff and reward them in a continued time of austerity by providing access to a range of value added discounts and offers. With over 90 sites across the UK, a successful launch needed to take a carefully planned approach with Personal Group conducting face – to - face communications with all staff over the next three months to ensure they understand the full value of the new benefits programme and answer any queries. 

Active in 23 countries, Bunzl’s main customer markets include grocery, foodservice, cleaning and safety, non-food retail and healthcare.
