Personal Group and DHL Roll Out Face to Face Benefits Communication

Personal Group, the employee benefits provider, is working with the global market leader in logistics, DHL, to implement a new benefits package to their 47,000 employees. 

With 1,200 locations across the UK spread amongst 8 different divisions, consistent benefits communication is important to ensure DHL employees are making the most of the new benefits available to them. With a high number of employees situated in so many locations it was also important in the planning process to ensure information could be collated to measure success. 

As such, the new benefits package which incorporates benefits books and websites has been designed to ensure management information can be captured from each of the 8 divisions of DHL. The new style websites also provides multiple channels allowing employees to access discounts and offers on the go.

On top of the continuing communications of the voluntary benefits books and new style websites, Personal Group is involved in implementing face to face communications activity to ensure employees have access to all the information they need to make the most of the new benefits package.

 

With no other common denominator linking each of the divisions Personal Group will continue to work closely with DHL and its employees to unify the benefits package across all divisions and locations.
