Personal Group and Intercontinental Hotels Group Roll Out Updated Benefits Programme

Personal Group, is working with Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG) to implement a new voluntary benefits package to their 7,500 UK employees.

IHG's 'Thinking Benefits' programme re-launched on 28th February 2011, providing multiple channels for employee usage including phone, internet, text and card. It allows employees to access over 5,000 discounts and cash-back offers on a wide range of goods and services from high street shopping and dining to travel and entertainment.

Recently awarded 10th place in the Sunday Times "Best Big Companies to work for" list, IHG's employees see the group as a good employer that treats them well with their reward and benefits programme playing a key part.
 
With such a diverse workforce Personal Group recommended a programme offering a wider range of benefits. A sophisticated online search facility and savings calculator also gives employees the chance to appreciate the real value of the benefits available to them.  In addition to an improved voluntary benefits offering, all hotel employees also have the opportunity to enroll in a Hospital, Dental & Optical Plan provided by Personal Group.
