We work mostly with companies of 1,000 employees or more across the UK, offering bespoke employee benefit packages tailored to individual clients.

Benefit packages can include commission free holidays, discounted tickets to attractions like Alton Towers, breakdown cover, employee assistance helplines and childcare vouchers amongst many others.

The benefits package is created for a client company’s employees whilst at the same time identifying their priority needs and requirements.

As part of our service, our Group Account Executives and Consultants (our field based team) are assigned to each client site across the UK to present the benefits package to each individual employee.

Included in the employee benefits package we also provide our own insurance products including the Personal Group Hospital Plan, Death Benefit Scheme, Convalescence Plan and Voluntary Group Income Protection.
