Group Account Consultants
The role of the Group Account Consultants (GAC) is similar to the role of a Group Account Executive and is also a national field based role working throughout the UK communicating a company’s benefits package to their employees including our insurance products.
The primary insurance product offered by our Group Account Consultants is our Voluntary Group Income Protection scheme, which enables our clients’ employees to protect themselves and their income should illness or injury mean that they are unable to work for an extended period.
The schedule of work for the Group Account Consultants is also organised by our Account Management Team in a similar way as it is for the Group Account Executives. This schedule will often require a consultant to work away from home Monday to Friday. Each Group Account Consultant is targeted on their productivity which in return generates an attractive bonus scheme. This is achieved through being proactive and engaging our clients’ employees throughout the working day whilst on location.
