Group Account Executives
The role of the Group Account Executives (GAE) is a national field based role working on a variety of accounts throughout the UK communicating a company’s benefits package to their employees - at their place of work -offering our insurance products as part of the package.
Our primary insurance product sold by our Group Account Executives is our Personal Group Hospital Plan. Policyholders sign up for a small weekly premium usually via their employer’s payroll and then, should they be in hospital overnight, they receive a sum of money (their insurance benefit) depending on their level of cover. It covers the policyholder for hospitalisation for:
- Any reason other than surgery they have chosen to have for non-medical reasons, e.g. cosmetic surgery
- Anywhere in the world
- Pre-existing conditions
The schedule of work for the Group Account Executives is organised by our Account Management Team in conjunction with our Regional Managers. This national schedule will often require work away from home Monday to Friday. Each Group Account Executive is targeted on their productivity which in return generates an attractive bonus scheme. This is achieved through being proactive and engaging our clients’ employees throughout the working day whilst on location.
