Our selection process ensures that not only do we recruit the best people but that you have a thorough understanding of the role should you be offered a position.

Group Profile
We run these sessions around the country and we will invite you to the one being held most locally to where you live. This is an opportunity for us to meet you and take you through a few short assessments to further explore your presentation and communication skills. It is also an opportunity for you to gain a thorough understanding of the company and the role and to ask questions.

Interview
Should you perform well at the Group Profile and feel the role is right for you we will invite you to an interview at our Head Office in Milton Keynes. This is an opportunity for us to explore your career history in more detail and further assess skills and attitudes key to this role. Any certificates, awards, statistics, sales figures or commendations you have from your career to date… do bring them with you!
