HR and Training
HR is responsible for and provides advice and support on all personnel issues within the group including recruitment, retention, training and development, employee relations and performance appraisals. It works closely with managers throughout the business to ensure employees are best equipped to help achieve business success.   

Finance and Payroll
Our accounts department processes payments and coordinates the payroll including wages, expenses and commission payments. It is also responsible for all financial reporting for the group.

IT
The Information Technology department manages the technology and computer infrastructure that drives the group’s business systems. The critical areas for the department are technical support, desktop management, network management, voice and data communication, business applications and strategic technology planning.

Compliance
As a business we are regulated by the Financial Services Authority.  The compliance team ensures we adhere to our industry regulations and treat customers fairly at all times. It also undertakes regular and ongoing business monitoring, visiting our field teams on location across the UK.
