Customer service
This small but efficient team provides a quality service and information to our individual policyholders and also looks after company product/information, provides quotes to brokers and deals with queries on new or existing policies.

Premium Collection
This is the key function responsible for collecting the premiums for our insurance products through client company payroll and direct debit reconciliations.

Claims
The Claims team works to process claims for policyholders of all of our insurance products. Working hard to deal with each case quickly, efficiently and thoroughly, enabling settlement of claims within 48 hours of receiving the paperwork.
