Caroline – Head of Product Development

Caroline’s previous roles include Group Account Executive, Senior Account Manager and Key Account Manager- before joining Personal Group Caroline was employed as a Deputy Premier Retail Store Manager.

Working for Personal Group is incredibly rewarding, satisfying and no day is ever the same. Personal Group have always valued me as an individual, whereas I have been made to feel like just a number and cog in the wheel at previous employers. My career here has been exceptional so far and I have progressed through many different levels. I have been given new challenges and roles over my time here and look forward to many more!

To fit in at Personal Group you need to be hard working, sincere, a team player and willing to go the extra mile. The fantastic rewards are there to be taken but you need to prove you deserve them. I have been to some amazing places with the Company including the Caribbean, Toronto, Monaco and Thailand. Where else are you offered such great incentives!

I like to think that I’ve been successful at Personal Group as I’m target driven, hard working, a people person and always keen to do a good job. As cheesy as it sounds there isn’t anything I dislike about my role. The best thing is working with my colleagues and the team I have around me as well as meeting new people and seeing new places.
