Employee Benefits Awards 2008
Personal Group were proud sponsors of the Employee Benefits Awards 2008.

Absence Management Seminar
On 25th April 2008, Personal Group continued its series of seminars that have proved popular with HR and benefit professionals. Delegates attended from a variety of companies, including Ford, Ashtead Plant, Nightfreight, Nuffield and British Waterways.
This year, the main focus of the seminar was to discuss absence, employee relations and talent management. Trevor Merriden, practice director at Communications Management and ex-editor of HR Magazine, kicked off the seminar with “Building a Successful HR Brand”.
Personal Group also showcased a brand new psychometric profiling tool, provided and presented by Nigel Newman, director at People Clues, which emphasises the importance of getting the right people in the right jobs before lavishing them with offers of a comprehensive benefits package.
As well as both speakers mentioned, presentations were also given by Andy Dagger and Sue Warren from HR Direct on employee relations and Alan Aldridge from FirstCare on absence management systems.
