The new PerFlex software
from Personal Group -
Rolling out to 20,000 users.
The new PerFlex benefits system launched this
month by Personal Group greatly expands the capacities
of the original version. Advance orders mean that
by February 2006 the new system will have been
rolled out to 20,000 individual users in client
companies.

Limited, says that the response has been fantastic.
“We have been really struck by the take-up.
But this is a powerful tool. It enables employees
to be able to log in easily, find the information
they want, and get out quickly. It’s time
efficient, cost effective, simple to use and secure.
We now expect to have at least 60,000 users by
the end of next year.”
PerFlex has been designed to serve the needs
of client company HR departments, employees, Personal
Group as managers of the benefits, payroll departments
and third party benefit suppliers
The aim of the system is to inform employees
about the value and importance of benefits within
their total reward package, allow them to select
benefit options where appropriate and convey procedural
points and contact information.
Additionally employees are able to see immediately
the specific tax advantages to them from utilising
salary sacrifice schemes such as the Childcare
Voucher schemes.
The system also has an absence management module
which can track anything from holidays through
to sickness - and perhaps point up some “duvet
day” anomalies.
PerFlex can be used for flexible benefits, fixed
benefits, voluntary benefits and total remuneration
as well as a combination of all these requirements.
The key to the system is functionality. It displays
only useful information delivered in a secure,
password protected environment without fuss.
Any type of benefit can be included and the system
has been designed to enable cost calculations
for any conceivable product to be performed without
involvement of IT specialists. This will allow
Personal Group to deliver a system that can work
with any benefit provider and removes limits that
are present in other systems.
