On
the 27th of November Personal Group
continued the series of seminars that
have proved so popular with HR and Benefit
professionals. Delegates from a wide
variety of companies including British
Gypsum, Home Retail Group, Coventry
Building Society, WH Smith and ATS Euromaster
to name but a few.
The main focus of the seminar was to
provide information on new salary sacrifice
benefits, and again showcase the new
Voluntary Group Income Protection Plan
in partnership with Unum. Personal Group
also demonstrated their upgraded next
generation benefits software, PERFLEX,
and alongside our strategic partner
Strait Logics demonstrated why Total
Reward Statements are a fantastic tool
to use in both hiring and keeping talent
in your organisation.
Prior to the round table discussion
delegates heard an excellent case study
from Rob Tansey the Group HR Director
of chilled food company, Dairy Crest.
Ken Rooney CEO of Personal Group explained
how three traditional voluntary benefits
can now be paid for through salary sacrifice.
The three plans

Travel Insurance and Dental Cover.

to the delegates how they can provide mobile
phones to employees through salary sacrifice.

benefits was not particularly high the most important
thing was the positive message Dairy Crest gave
to their staff.
