"Having
decided that we wanted to extend our benefits package
for all employees we approached several providers
including the Personal Group. Katrine Johnston assessed
our requirements quickly, and was able to put together
a unique package of benefits tailored to our specific
employee profile. The Personal Group then sourced
the providers and created a brand for each of our
companies. The programme of benefits was then communicated
to all our employees on a one to one basis, giving
each employee the time to understand the new package
and how best to take advantage of it.
The new benefits have been well received by our
employees, who have been able to take advantage
of a well rounded package which really helps target
employees day to day worries. We have already received
initial statistics on the take up of certain benefits
which has shown a considerable saving for our employees
on everyday purchases.
All in all we are very pleased with the results

Highlights for me of our relationship with the Personal
Group have been the flexibility and responsiveness
of their team in meeting our needs and finding solutions
to any teething problems that inevitably occur with
