Management
This service offers accurate and timely absence
recording, automated on-line analysis and active
management from day one of an employees' absence.
Each absence is recorded in an electronic case file,
the employees' line manager and HR are notified
via email and/or SMS, follow-up calls are made by
the nurse contact centre to employees, and analysis
of absence and intra-departmental comparisons are
provided real-time.
