Personal Group Holdings Plc ("the Company")

BOARD APPOINTMENT

The Board of Personal Group Holdings Plc, the AIM listed providers of employee benefits, insurance and consultancy, announces the appointment today of Nigel Brittle as Group Managing Director Designate.

Mr Brittle, aged 45 years, joins Personal Group from Combined Insurance, where he has held a number of senior positions. Most recently he was Vice President for European Operations. From 2001 he has been a member of Combined Insurance’s UK Operating Board and its Europe & Asia/Pacific Board and has been associated with Combined Insurance since 1983.

There is no further disclosure required pursuant to schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules.
