DIRECTORS TRANSFER OF SHARES

The Company has been informed that Mr Kenneth Rooney, Chief Executive, has today transferred, by way of gift, a total of 1,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p each to his children at nil value.

Mr Rooney's resultant beneficial interest in the Company following the transfer is 74,851 shares, representing 0.25% of the total shares in issue.
