DIRECTOR’S GRANT OF OPTIONS
The Company operates an Inland Revenue approved Company Share Ownership Plan (CSOP) which allows certain directors the opportunity to purchase shares in the Company currently held by Personal Group Trustees Limited.
Following a remuneration committee meeting held on Monday, 6 April 2009 the directors approved the award of the following options under the CSOP to be made on 6 April 2009.
