DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING

The Company has today been informed by Mr Kenneth Rooney, Chief Executive that on 6 June 2007 his SIPP purchased 26,778 Ordinary Shares of 5p each, representing 0.09% of the issued share capital of the Company, at a price of 293 pence per ordinary share.

Following this transaction, Mr Rooney is interested in 156,487 shares, representing 0.51% of the total shares in issue.
