Cancellation of Treasury Shares

Personal Group Holdings Plc (the company) has today cancelled 779 ordinary shares held in treasury.

The company has no shares in treasury and the company's issued share capital consists of 30,547,161 ordinary shares of 5p each. This number may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Personal Group Holdings Plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
