DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING

The Company has been informed by Mr Kenneth Rooney, that on 14 December 2009 he purchased 6,018 Ordinary Shares of 5p each for his SIPP representing 0.02% of the issued share capital of the Company, at a price of 269.5 pence per ordinary share.

Following this transaction, Mr Rooney is interested in 199,586 shares, representing 0.66% of the total shares in issue.
