Director Shareholding

The Company has today been informed by Mr Kenneth Rooney, Chief Executive that on 15 October 2007 his SIPP purchased 2,183 Ordinary Shares of 5p each, representing 0.01% of the issued share capital of the Company, at a price of 289.45 pence per ordinary share.

Following this transaction, Mr Rooney is interested in 159,166 shares, representing 0.52% of the total shares in issue.
