Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, the Board of Personal Group would like to notify the market of the following:

Personal Group Holdings plc’s issued share capital consists of 30,547,940 ordinary shares of 5p each. Of this total, 123,000 ordinary shares are held in treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Personal Group Holdings plc is
30,424,940. This number may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Personal Group Holdings plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
