The Directors of Personal Group Holdings Plc, the personal insurance and employee benefits provider, are pleased to announce the third quarterly dividend of 3.3p per share will be paid on 26 September 2008 to members on the register on 5 September 2008.

Shares will be marked ex-dividend on 3 September 2008.
