Dividend

The Directors of Personal Group Holdings Plc ("Personal Group"), the employee benefits provider, are pleased to report that company performance for the year ended 31 December 2006 is in line with market expectations and announce that a dividend of 6.0p per share (2005: 5.5p) will be paid on 30 March 2007 to members on the register on 9 March 2007.

Shares will be marked ex-dividend on 7 March 2007. The Company will announce its preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2006 on 26 March 2007. The Annual General Meeting will be held on 24 April 2007.

In line with the board's current dividend policy of making three dividend payments per year, it is anticipated that the next dividend will be declared when the preliminary announcement is made on 26 March 2007.
