Personal Group Holdings Plc ("the Company")

DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT

The directors of the Company are pleased to announce the first dividend for 2010. The directors believe it is in the interests of shareholders to pay a dividend of 8.5p per share which will be paid on 19 March 2010 to members on the register on 5 March 2010. Shares will be marked ex-dividend on 3 March 2010.

The directors do not intend to pay a further dividend in the first half of 2010. Subject to satisfactory trading conditions and the absence of any unforeseen circumstances the directors anticipate that dividend payments of 4.25p per share will be paid in September 2010 and December 2010.

CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME

On 24 November 2009 the Company reported that it intended to amend the name of the company to Personal Group Plc. Unfortunately Companies House are unable to accept this amendment and therefore the Company’s name will remain as is.
