DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING

The Company has been informed by Mr Christopher Johnston, Chairman that on 23 October 2008 his SIPP purchased 5,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p each, representing 0.02% of the issued share capital of the Company, at a price of 234.23 pence per ordinary share.

Following this transaction, Mr Johnston is interested in 15,481,393 shares, representing 50.68% of the total shares in issue.
