DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING

The Company has been informed by Mr Christopher Curling, that on 23 December 2008 he purchased 12,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p each, representing 0.04% of the issued share capital of the Company, at a price of 215.0 pence per ordinary share.

Following this transaction, Mr Curling is interested in 24,666 shares, representing 0.08% of the total shares in issue.
