DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING

The Company has today been informed by its registrars that on 19 December 2008 a total of 1,372 Ordinary Shares of 5p each were purchased, at a price of 215 pence per share for Mr Kenneth Rooney, Chief Executive under a dividend reinvestment programme operated by the Company’s registrars.

Following this transaction, Mr Rooney is interested in 176,620 shares, representing 0.59% of the total shares in issue.
