DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT

The directors of the Company are pleased to announce that the first quarterly dividend for 2009 of 4.15p per share will be paid on 27 March 2009 to members on the register on 6 March 2009.

Shares will be marked ex-dividend on 4 March 2009.

ANNOUNCEMENT OF RESULTS

The Company intends to announce its results for the year ended 31 December 2008 on Monday 30 March 2009.
