DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING

The Company has today been informed by Mr Kenneth Rooney, Chief Executive, that on 25 April 2007 his SIPP purchased 5,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p each, representing 0.02% of the issued share capital of the Company, at a price of 313 pence per ordinary share.

Following this transaction, Mr Rooney is interested in 79,851 shares, representing 0.26% of the total shares in issue.
