RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

Jon Pardoe, a director of Personal Group Holdings plc, has given twelve months notice of the termination of his employment with Berkeley Morgan Group Limited, which the board of Berkeley Morgan Group Limited have accepted. He will therefore resign as a director of Personal Group Holdings Plc on or before 25 July 2007. Berkeley Morgan Group Limited continues to perform in line with directors' expectations.
