DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT

The directors of the Company are pleased to announce that the third quarterly dividend for 2009 of 4.15p per share will be paid on 25 September 2009 to members on the register on 4 September 2009.

Shares will be marked ex-dividend on 2 September 2009.
