Personal Group Holdings Plc ("the Company")

DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING

The Company has today been informed by its registrars that a total of 1,810 Ordinary Shares of 5p each, were purchased today, at a price of 208 pence per share for Mr Kenneth Rooney, Group Managing Director under a dividend reinvestment programme operated by the Company’s registrars.

Following this transaction, Mr Rooney is interested in 178,961 shares, representing 0.60% of the total shares in issue.
