DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING

The Company has today been informed by Mr Christopher Johnston, Chairman that on 30 March 2009 he purchased 10,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p each, representing 0.03% of the issued share capital of the Company, at a price of 207 pence per ordinary share.

Following this transaction, Mr Johnston is interested in 15,591,393 shares, representing 51.86% of the total shares in issue.

The Company has today been informed by Mr John Barber, Director that on 30 March 2009 he purchased 10,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p each, representing 0.03% of the issued share capital of the Company, at a price of 207 pence per ordinary share.

Following this transaction, Mr Barber is interested in 352,880 shares, representing 1.17% of the total shares in issue.

The Company has today been informed by Mr Kenneth Rooney, Director that on 30 March 2009 he purchased 14,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p each, representing 0.04% of the issued share capital of the Company, at a price of 207 pence per ordinary share.

Following this transaction, Mr Rooney is interested in 192,961 shares, representing 0.64% of the total shares in issue.
